- Purple City cannot be held responsible for behaviour or actions of any person you may meet as a result of attending events organised by us, it is the responsibility of our guests to take appropriate precautions at all times when meeting new people for the very first time.
- Purple City takes no responsibility for any physical injury or emotional distress that may arise as a result of guests attending our events, without limitations either during or after any of our events
- Purple City arranges events for single people but cannot guarantee the marital status of each of our guests. Neither can we guarantee their personality, and sanity. It is up to each guest to make this judgement for themselves
- Purple City does not screen guests attending their events and will not be held responsible for any damage caused directly or indirectly that may arise as a result of communication with anyone that you may have met through attending any of our events
- All events are held at establishments which are not under our control, the onus is with the guest to behave appropriately
- In an event of injury or if you suffer damages as a result of attending our events. Purple City will not take any responsibility or liability for any injury loss or damage occurring on the premises over which we do not have control
- It’s the responsibility of the guest to make their way to the event and back safely to the comfort of their homes. We do not take responsibility for any guest who consumed an excess amount of alcohol. Guests are advised to drink wisely and make arrangements to get home at the end of the evening.
