Terms and Conditions

By booking an event through Purple City, you have accepted and agreed with the terms and conditions of Purple City below.

  • All guests must be 18 years of age and over and currently single.
  • It’s is the responsibility of the guest to verify personal details of other guests attending our event. Purple City does not screen all information supplied by the guests to attend their events. We do not take any responsibilities for any false information given to us by the guests.
  • We strongly advise guests when making contacts or meeting up after our events to approach all contacts with care as if meeting for the first time in public places.
  • Purple City reserves the rights to change the date and the venue of their events, if due to unforeseeable circumstances; we are not able to hold the events as planned.
  • Purple City reserves the right to cancel an event and provide full refund but no other compensation will be paid if this happens.
  • It is the policy of our company to have the same ratios of men and women (50/50) at all our events, however Purple City will not accept any responsibility when on the night there is an uneven number or shortfall on the number of women/men
  • Purple City reserves the right to refuse entry to their event, expel or refrain from passing any contacts details of other guests in an event of abusive and threatening behaviour to our hosts or other guests.  Such behaviour at any of our events will not be tolerated and the abuser will be forbidden from attending any of our future events.

Refund Policy

  • No refund will be given for any cancellation made by a guest less than one week before the date of the event.
  • No refund will be given for late cancellation by a guest, non attendance or dissatisfaction on the evening.
  • No refund will be given to any guests who have been denied entry due to abusive and threatening behaviour.
  • In the unlikely circumstances that a Purple City event is cancelled due to situations beyond our control. All guests will be contacted and full refund will be given.  Alternatively, they could be booked on a similar event.

Changes to Bookings

  • Purple City will not refund any booking that is cancelled less than 7 days prior to the event taking place
  • Booking can be transferred to another person. Purple City must be contacted immediately with this change. People turning up on the night of the event with a transferred booking which has not been previously agreed by Purple City, will be refused entry into our events.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry when  guests have failed to comply with the right procedure for cancellation or transfer of tickets to another person without contacting Purple City.

Media Policy and Rights

  • Purple City reserves the rights to any pictures, video footage taken on or during the events. Such Photographs may be used for future advertising and promotional material.
